Do you Travel?
Yes, we are happy to travel wherever your event will take place. We do charge a traveling fee, which will be included in your invoice.
How long have you been doing this?
Almost 10 years. However, for the past 3 years we have decided to make it a full time full service business.
How many photos do we get?
There are different packages, depending on which you choose it's anywhere from 100 digital images with 30 edits.
How do we get our photos?
We have a few options which we can discuss. However, the most popular option is a digital gallery. Your images are uploaded on our website as a digital gallery where you can download and share the link with family and friends..
Do you retouch photos?
Yes, we do. We will edit your images, I will also share some of original images with you.
What's your turn around time?
Ideally, a week. Sometimes it does take longer and we ask that clients please give us enough time to deliver the best images we can.
How do we book you?
You can either email or go to the "Contact us" tab below. We also have links throughout the website which you can use to get in contact with us.
Can you help us with planning?
Yes, we will help with suggestions as far as possible. To give you the best service, we are always willing to go the extra mile.
How far out do you book?
We book out 2 months in advance. Perfect pictures requires perfect planning.
Are you strict with booking times?
Yes. If you're late, I will only use the time left to shoot and leave at the discussed time.
How long will my album be available on your website?
The galleries are auto set to expire after 2 months. So please ensure that you download your gallery.
If my gallery expires, can I still get my images?
Yes, you can. We hold on to the images for 5 years. You can get in touch with us and we will share the images with you at no cost.
